Guest blogging is the yet another good way of blogging for getting exposure, backlinks and some decent visitors from high quality sites to developing sites but these days, some of the seo experts and consultants are misusing the guest blogging by spamming the irrelevant links to irrelevant niches, so now i letting you know about the factors to be considered while sending guest posts and receiving as well.

I have been used to post some irrelevant and spam links in this blog and that resulted in banning/blacklisting of all my url and the destination link placed byline in the article at Google SERP (Search Engine Results Page), so now i took a step ahead by removing all those irrelevant niche links from my blog and sent a reconsideration on webmasters tool and i am waiting for the move to be taken from Google end. This step was taken to get beneficiary for both guest posters and me as it is very harmful for all. I regret for the inconvenience caused for the guest bloggers and i strictly advice you to not to use my blog for their clients beneficiary. Guest bloggers must follow this policy to comply with us and happy guest blogging.

Aforementioned, guest blogging is the another good way but usage of the guest bloggers and blog owners are not considering much for their quality guest blogging, guest blogger just wants to place their clients link and guest posted just wants to reduce his work loads by posting guest posts. This should by avoided completely and following tips are to be considered while guest blogging.

1.Niche Quality :

Quality does matter everywhere, because most of the readers from search engine wants to read the quality article and rich content. I mentioned the tips below to follow for both guest bloggers and guest posters (also in all following corresponding tips)

• For Guest Bloggers :
  Set a minimum and maximum quality of guest blog for your site selection and strictly follow them while proposing them to guest post. The general site quality must meet such things like good objective, interactive and authorized administrator, rich content, strictly following guest post policies and responsive template.
• For Guest Posters :
  Set a minimum and maximum quality of a guest post for the destination link you place byline in the article. The end link must meet some general minimum quality such as good reputation online, relevancy of link to your niche and fresh cum quality content.

2.Niche Relevancy :

• For Guest Bloggers :
  The link you place in your guest post must be relevant to the niche you guest blog, if this is not followed, both of the links maybe considered as spam links by Google. I am sure on that the world might have some good blogs around the quality you looking for, so do a better search and guest blogging as well.
• For Guest Posters :
  Guest posters (site owners) must not post all the links because of the guest post which comes up at free of cost, it is advisable to consider the link you got to placed in the article byline, it must be relevant and not dropped by Google, or else it’s considered as SPAM

3.Niche’s Performance :

• For Guest Bloggers :
  Don’t post or propose for guest blogging if the site doesn’t have good performance in the last year. It is just waste of time if you guest post on this blog, because you could not see any effect and may result in waste of effort.
• For Guest Posters :
  Consider the site’s performance you link and admit if they are complying to your niche and set of qualities.

4.Niche’s Ranking :

• For Guest Bloggers :
  Before considering a proposal, also consider the Alexa, Compete and Google Page Rank rankings which could make an impact in good way. Don’t consider which doesn’t met your certain ranking qualities.
• For Guest Posters :
  Guest posters are no need to consider about the ranking because they may be just a developing site and so why they are posting guest post on your blog, just appreciate them and share it on social networks to help them grow.

5.Article’s quality and keyword optimization :

• For Guest Bloggers :
  Though posting an article isn’t a matter and it’s not just enough, your contribution must be rich and high-quality, it might be useful to both of your clients and guest posters by giving the backlink from quality site and fresh content to their readers. The link you place on the keyword does a matter, just use the keyword to link which have high global mass search and less competition.
• For Guest Posters :
  The consideration of guest post is to be followed very strictly because this is the only beneficiary you get from them and giving it to your readers, so it must be valuable and high quality, but you can consider to edit minor things if a guest blogger is newbie to the guest blogging.

6. Author’s response :

• For Guest Bloggers :
  Spending time in writing articles isn’t just enough, it is also preferable to respond the queries that your guest post have from the visitors, it also help you in driving some quality subscribers and exposure.
• For Guest Posters :
  Clicking a publish button isn’t just enough, ask your guest bloggers to respond for the queries if any of your visitors have. This is the point mostly avoided by the guest bloggers.
